Ajay Kumar
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Ajay Kumar leads operations and technical aspect of the organization. Having started this organization right from scratch, he has taken it a long way, thanks to his perseverance and dedication. He is one of for change in Atal Innovation Mission for NITI Ayog.
He is a recognized change-maker in Global Action for poverty. Having been a Pravah Changelooms fellow & Wipro Fellow he is apt in designing frameworks for our future strategies. He has developed several projects and initiatives on environmental sustainability like decentralized solar home lighting system, solar mobile irrigation pumps and improved chulha. He worked on these initiatives as a part of a SBI-Youth For India Fellow with Aga Khan Rural Support Program (India) in rural Bihar and with India Fellow Leadership program where he worked with Mera Gao Power.
Previously, he has presented his research work in 20 different conferences across India. Through two rural fellowship journeys, he has learnt a lot from communities and is also sensitive to them. For more details:
ABHISHEK KUMAR CHANCHAL

His background of education is in the field of Geography and Journalism which has contributed in building his crucial understanding of environmental education and communication to the larger masses.
Further, he was part of the Gandhi Fellowship for two years, which not only allowed him to implement this knowledge but also helped to develop leadership amongst the masses in such a way that they could voice their opinion in the larger arena. He has had years of experience in developing strategic relationships, building network with rural-urban communities, government, and private institutions, civil society organizations, and individuals
He worked with the Center for Environment and Energy Development (CEED) as Outreach and Media Officer, responsible for sensitizing people towards environment and media coverage of the campaign. He was part of Pravah Changelooms Fellowship Journey.
ABHINAV ANAND
OPERATIONAL HEAD
Abhinav looks after implementation and strategic development of programs. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical branch from KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar. He then joined Tata Power- A prestigious organization in Power & Energy sector with significant advancements in New and renewable energy sector. After 2 years of experience at various fronts in the organization, he decided to utilize his theoretical knowledge and on-field experience towards community uplifting and social development.
